You'll need to incorporate first
We require all companies to be incorporated before we can proceed with onboarding. Here are two great options to get started:

Pre-Incorporation Equity Commitment

Investor Target List

💡 How to get the most out of it
- 📄 Make it yours. Copy the template into your own Drive, then share it with your co-founders and team so everyone works the same list.
- 🤖 Point an AI agent at it. Drop the sheet into ChatGPT/Claude and have it research each fund, draft a first-line thesis fit, or rank who to hit first — the data's already structured for it.
- ➕ Add the right person at the firm. We usually list the head of each firm — but you'll often connect with a partner, principal, or scout instead. Add them as their own row when you find your real path in.
- 🔗 Fill in the node. For each investor, note who you know that can get you the intro — a warm path beats a cold email every time.
- ✍️ Keep adding your own. Meet someone off-list? Add the row. This is a living list — the more you feed it, the sharper your raise gets.

We send an initial burst to learn what lands with investors, then dial in your personal pace.
Reading the results
Your first intro requests are out. As investors respond, your ongoing pace locks in — the more they lean in, the more momentum you build.

Your pace is set purely by how investors respond. Get more of them to say yes — a tighter pitch and warmer targeting move you up the ladder toward 5 / week.
